Graphic Mint was formed in 2008 by our co-founders Julián Becerra and Séamus Byrne, based on an original idea they took from the San Francisco Bay Area to Camden Street, Dublin. Although it was the beginning of a recession in Ireland, we took on the challenge to make better experiences for people, using what we learned as UX Designers in Silicon Valley. During this period we co-founded IxDA Dublin, won a bid to host the Interaction12 Conference and promoted UX across the country. As Ireland bounces back and UX proliferates, we continue our journey on Poolbeg Street. We have expanded, setting up our Usability Lab, Training Academy and Participant recruiting programmes. We became award-winning designers in 2015 and co-hosted UX Ireland in 2016. As we head into our second decade we aim to give back to the community and help people where possible. We offer internships and apprenticeships to designers starting out on their journey. Having found our identity as an agency we are aspiring to become an agency of change.
